Slow activation & unfair billing! Paid for a business number, but activation took 4–5 days with endless document requests. Still charged while waiting. Call quality is clear, but the signup process is frustrating and slow. Hard to recommend when you need a number urgently. The whole process should be made clear before you are purchasing the number.

They are big scammer, i purched there $15 package and did not recieved the upwork verification code then there support said that you need to purchase the non voip number that cost is $75 after 4 days they give me that number but the code still not recieved event i cant able to create whatsapp account totally Useless and in the End there support said this "We did not Support that and we cant refund Your Amount " totally Useless and they are Scammers

The app doesn't let you answer calls. The rest is fine. You'll be able to send people messages, receive messages, know who tried reaching you, but you will never be able to answer calls on the Android app because it's so buggy.
