I've been using this app for almost 8 years I guess, ever since I became an ING customer. It was a solid app up until the decision to add advertising into it. Ever since then, it's been slow as anything. Just today I logged in and it took nearly a full minute to load up my balances. It's a real shame what's happened to ING Australia. It used to be an amazing bank that suited my lifestyle perfectly (travel features, solid app, good interest rates). Now we're here :(

Impossibly complicated and unfriendly piece of crapp! Near impossible to navigate without accidently logging out. I never had these problems with my previous ING-based smartphones. Haven't you heard of "KEEP IT SIMPLE, STUPID"? Running around in circles is not my idea of fun! Please remove the star from the above graphic. Awfullyl tedious !

Absolutely fed up with in app marketing and advertising. This app was the best and brilliant for years, but it's now full of annoying gorilla marketing garbage that distracts from the core purpose of the application, banking. If you are going to push this invasive BS on your customers, then you need to put controls in the app to opt-out. I will be exiting ING after the BS changes to interest. you are dead to me. your app and behaviour has become insufferable.
