I've been using this app for almost 8 years I guess, ever since I became an ING customer. It was a solid app up until the decision to add advertising into it. Ever since then, it's been slow as anything. Just today I logged in and it took nearly a full minute to load up my balances. It's a real shame what's happened to ING Australia. It used to be an amazing bank that suited my lifestyle perfectly (travel features, solid app, good interest rates). Now we're here :(

Impossibly complicated and unfriendly piece of crapp! Near impossible to navigate without accidently logging out. I never had these problems with my previous ING-based smartphones. Haven't you heard of "KEEP IT SIMPLE, STUPID"? Running around in circles is not my idea of fun! Please remove the star from the above graphic. Awfullyl tedious !

Utterly garbage app. server always down, flaky interface, and contact popups to confirm identity but it never accepts details due to its own errors. eg. "ID Check - System temporarily unavailable Sorry, there has been a technical issue. Please try again later."
