An incredibly annoying app to use. The digital card is often not available and when it is, is not easily accessible. It's literally the only reason I open the app, I shouldn't have to dig for it to make a claim at the point of sale. Edited the review from 2 to 1 for the condescending comment by some keyboard warrior at NIB. Well aware of how to use an app you potato.

Once you download it, it defaults to the main member. When you try to change to other members, it doesn't work.

The app used to work brilliantly. All I had to do was use my pin and it would open. Now it keeps asking for a verification code sent on SMS. After typing in the verification code, the app drops out. I tried getting a new code and it doesn't arrive. I've reinstalled the app several times and the same problem occurs. I 'm very disappointed with this app. And I hope you can fix it.
