Same issue as stated in other reviews. Worked fine for 2 years and then I applied for a pension. Has not worked since then. Called the hotline and spoke on Webchat (website still works). Uninstalled/reinstalled the app twice on both phone and tablet to no avail. Also tried deleting app cache and data before reinstalling. Not sure where to go from here. Clearly its a systematic error to do with starting a pension but nobody can help. App on Wifes phone/tablet works fine until we use my details.

I have been using the App for some time now. 3 week ago I set up a TTR acc and on the same day I could no longer get onto the app. All I get is a message stating "Unexpected error we are currently having temporary issues with our digital services. but we're working quickly to sort them out.Apologies. and thank you for your patience.

This app has not been working for about 3 weeks now. Myself and my Husband have used the app for a long time, and now, all we get when we try to log in is the message saying "unable to log in, try again". I'm not really happy with that and also my other complaint is I have opened an account for TTR and the company doesn't even send any correspondence to what is happening with my new account. I've been waiting over 4 weeks to get any sort of reply. I have made several phone calls but no resolut
