I'm extremely frustrated with this app. For over a year now, I've been experiencing persistent login issues and slow loading times. Despite the considerable time that has passed since these problems first arose, they remain unresolved. I feel compelled to share this review due to the ongoing nature of these difficulties and the lack of improvement in the app's performance, and I always make sure the app is updated, hoping the issues have been actioned...

Worst app out. Sms link is useless, and trying to pay your bill is damn near impossible. I've tried reinstalling the app only to have the same issues over and over. I can't log in to my homepage, so at this stage I've given up. A year and a half on and this app is still an absolute pile of faeces. I'm at this stage of switching phone coverage providers

For a company that sells telecommunication and internet plans you would think their app would be top class. But unfortunately it's absolutely garbage. Constantly crashes and almost impossible to make any payments. Surely you want your customers to have a positive experience when using the app. It is little things like this that will make some people think twice when choosing which company values the paying customers. It shows disrespect to the your customers to have to use this rubbish.
