I got this app to try and get international roaming while travelling overseas... but the only way for me to verify my credit card was to receive text confirmation. this does not work unless I have international roaming. this is a trusted credit card that I have typed up my credit 15 times previously Why can't the Lebara app offer use of trusted credit card, credit card verification or assistance via message?? app is useless. deleted after 15 minutes

lebara's app is simple to use . the only slight annoyance is that you have to get a code to change your details but it's not hard. Their help line can be a bit tricky because you have to stay on the page the whole time to get someone and if you leave you start all over again so you can't go and use another app, it took me 25 minutes once, they were helpful though

Been trying to transfer my number for a week's now, apparently it was meant to do it with 4-6 hours. Staff want you off the chat really quickly, they don't help, I sent an email to them, no response, they don't work weekends, so there's no help there either. The app is clunky, tapping settings boots you from the app and crashes... Do not recommend this company. Rubbish service!!! Don't get involved with them!!
