The app is crashing and doesn't work on my phone. I need to activate my SIM, but I can't. You need to let us activate it with the Felix web and not require the mobile app to check or activate the service. Update: After reporting the issue, the problem was solved after the next update, and the app works normally on my IQOO 13.

I've been a member for almost a year but now I'm getting a message there was an issue we couldn't switch your number to felix I've been using it all this time and now my profile page is empty the payments page is greyed out I can't see any usage page anymore it's like my account doesn't exist

It works most of the time. The esim option was fast & easy to set up & it was activated within 10 mins. It's also very affordable! It crashes quite a bit, but other than that, not too many complaints.
