I've had the $35 plan for 11 months. Now when their prices go up, they said it won't change existing customer prices, this is not true, they just upped my cost to $40. Edit; I'm sorry what was your response? just got a email that your going be uping the price in January. if you can keep your word, you can't have my business.

Hey there, existing customers won't have their price changed unless any of the following occur; you pause, cancel or have missed a payment for greater than 60 days, or alter your plan type. If you've been charged $40, please chat to the team via the felix app and I am sure we can help figure this out with you.

DO NOT under any circumstance use this service provider if you don't have an iPhone or a Samsung device. any other android device and it will NOT be eSIM compatible. This is because, unlike almost every other service provider on the planet, they insist on making you activate your eSIM through their app instead of providing a QR code. This is not stated anywhere before making a purchase and is hilariously outdated. Again DO NOT use this provider. At least the customer service was prompt.

The service is what it is. No lies. BUT and this is very important, if you are regional like me reception is very poor. I am currently in Ballarat where reception goes from functional to nothing for no reason. This service uses the Vodafone network which is poor. If you need fast internet everywhere stay away.
