If I could give 0 stars, I would. Months of outages, dropped calls, and terrible coverage. Support kept giving excuses instead of solutions, including telling me poor service is “normal” because there are only 3 towers in my area. Reset settings, changed phones, wasted hours troubleshooting — nothing fixed it because the network itself is the problem. Avoid if you need a reliable mobile service.

Esim transfer into felix was pretty quick and easy. Often buggy displaying "an error occurred please contact support" through each step, refreshing the app usually resolved. My only ongoing annoyance is I have a PIN code set on the app, yet every time I open the app I have to fully sign in again with email+password, and not prompted to just use my PIN code.

appalling business. been waiting a week for my Sim. had to send a photo of my id because the verification wouldn't accept accurate details. I get an email saying sorry. couldn't verify you . therefore your account is cancelled and now I have to wait another week to get my money back. trying to change and it's ended up costing my business about $1000 nobody contacted me. I'm keeping the number I've had 11 years. and I just get cancelled. my advice. spend the extra money on a better company.
