crashes. can't track SIM because in app browser doesn't work and they don't send the tracking details to track for yourself. Fails at scanning SIM card so have to manually enter very poorly printed 15ish digit number. then, days after you leave a review saying you've had to solve the issues yourself, they tell you to sign up for a social media account so they can help you.

The app is crashing and doesn't work on my phone. I need to activate my SIM, but I can't. You need to let us activate it with the Felix web and not require the mobile app to check or activate the service. Update: After reporting the issue, the problem was solved after the next update, and the app works normally on my IQOO 13.

Useless company. I've never seen one actively try to avoid repeat business so hard. if any provider offers unlimited data go with them instead. The moment you encounter problems it's not worth the headache. look at the reviews. anything over 3 stars has no likes. Dozens of 1 star reviews have a lot because it actually reflects what felix is. Terrible
