ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. DO NOT USE!!! Such a horrendous, frustrating experience. HOURS trying to reconnect after having old phone stolen. Their app is ATROCIOUS. Possibly designed by brain-dead chipmunks. NOTHING WORKS. FINALLY, after TWO HOURS, they tell me it's a 'known issue', meaning they have KNOWINGLY wasted my time all night! And will take FOUR DAYS to reconne!! The SECOND I am reconnected I am LEAVING felix mobile. How is this company even functioning? They need to be shut down immediately.

I have been a felix customer for roughly 3 years now and apart from a couple of service issues they have been a great company. I use felix overseas and find it to be one of the most affordable companies to use. At the risk of sounding like an ad for felix😆 you get Unlimited data calls and txt for $40 a month, overseas $10 ad on But make sure you use your data for when your out and about on your holidays and hotel WiFi when back at your room to save it from becoming expensive.. Good coverage

Esim transfer into felix was pretty quick and easy. Often buggy displaying "an error occurred please contact support" through each step, refreshing the app usually resolved. My only ongoing annoyance is I have a PIN code set on the app, yet every time I open the app I have to fully sign in again with email+password, and not prompted to just use my PIN code.
