This is a free app. You get what you pay for. Regularly when I login with my password I constantly have issues. The little "spinning thinking wheel" keeps spinning. I end up closing the app, try again - same, same. Then all of a sudden I try again and I get to the screen that then asks me for a PIN I'd setup previously. Once I do get into the app it works well. Whoever the developer or manager of the app is, they need to get the login process fixed. There is so much potential if login was easy.

This is a good app if it would only open. It takes several attempts at logging in. I usually have to get out of the app and try again (several times). If I'm lucky it brings up the page so I can put in my code and then I'm in.

So much potential, just completely dysfunctional & therefore dangerous. Unfortunately, this app doesn't really work. It asks you to log in constantly and maybe actually logs in 1 out of 5 times. I saw so much potential being able to oversee my (very technologically and cognitively impared) dad's medications and keep track of his health through regular weight / BP entries and unfortunately the barrier to logging in easily renders this app completely useless and downright dangerous tbh
