Working directly with your doctors and therapists can help you overcome your anxiety, depression, insomnia, and more, managing your care all in one place. Cerebral’s app allows you to select your treating doctor and/or therapist, schedule your visits, and have a direct one-on-one telehealth visit with your selected healthcare professional.

Here's how it works:
· Take a short online assessment to define your symptoms.
· Choose a plan that best fits your needs and addresses your symptoms.
· Review a panel of doctors and therapists who are licensed and credentialed in your state and available to provide care directly to you
· Choose a healthcare professional who best suits your needs
· Set up regular synchronous tele mental health care video visits or phone chats with your licensed/credentialed mental health care professional and care team

Use the Cerebral app to:
· Participate in your one-on-one telehealth visit through video or phone with your licensed/credentialed mental health care professional on your schedule
· Contact your care team with questions about scheduling, medications & more
· Track medication refills, if clinically indicated and prescribed
· Monitor your progress
· Access mindfulness, self-care, & CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) exercises

These guys are crooks. I was looking to change my plan as the one I initially chose was not right for my needs. When on the website (mobile) and clicking the plans, it doesn't show you the price. Instead of you click continue it will automatically switch you and charge you instilantly. I tried to click back as the page had not loaded yet and I checked my account and sure enough. Another 174 had been taken out in addition to the amount taken out from my previous plan. Will not refund either.

App and services were great. My problem is it's the billing. I was unable to cancel in time and was charged 100$. Tried to get a refund and Cerebral stated something along the lines of, we are subscription based so regardless if you used us or not, no refunds. Im paraphrasing but that's honestly almost spot on. They took 100$ for absolutely nothing and are aware that no services were used. Poor business model, go somewhere that values you and isnt trying to make a quick buck off your illness

Terrible service!!!!! They charge $90 a month for cash. I was told I was going to be charged $29 subscription fee and my insurance would cover the rest. 6 months later they say I owe them an additional $79 for January? So I'm paying more for your service WITH INSURANCE?! Then they rip the money from your account claiming that you agreed to them charging whatever they want in the terms and agreements! Huge glitches in the app. Terrible customer service. This company is insane, go somewhere else.
