The International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972, also known as "COLREGs", "Rules of the Road" or "RoR", prescribe rules to be followed by ships and other vessels at sea in order to prevent collisions between two or more vessels.

The original document is generally published by IMO although countries may publish their own versions.

It is a highly recommended "sea bible" for mariners, sailors, navigators, merchant navy deck officers and deck cadets.

Unlike other apps which only state the rules which often times remain unclear after repeated reading. This App provides very good and detailed explanation of each rule and how it should be applied in a very practical manner. It really made the rules come alive. Strongly recommended!

It is a helpful and nice app of colreg. It will be more convenient if threre are some options of higligting the text by user and adding notes by user.

This is a very useful app to refer to the collision regulations. Well explained and interpretations given in a much user friendly way with hyper links to the corresponding rules.
