I wanted to give it a 5 stars, but the issue of slow opening is getting me offset. unless I uninstall and install it again, that sucks. I will be happy if it can just be normal like whatsapp.

Beyond all the frustration and inconvenience caused by the slovenliness of the customer service, I rate this with three stars just for the few previous successful transactions. it's been over three days now that I tried in vain to transfer some money to one of my mobile wallets. After many hours waiting, I had to cancel the transaction but only yesterday, I got notified that my cancellation request was authorised but up to date the money isn't refunded. The worst, no response to my emails or sms
