Ratings and reviews

This app needs a lot of work. It basically works, but the app design is so far behind other shopping apps. Ex: 1) Your favorite items are saved in the phone storage. If you log into your account from any other device, you will not see your wishlist items. 2) Pop-up windows don't adjust to the screen size. This makes it difficult to read everything within the window. 3) I have more things to point out but don't have the space in this comment box.

I can't see the reviews & customer photos on the app. Im able to see the star rating & the number of reviews for the item, but the reviews are not accessible. Even if you scroll to the bottom of the page, nothing. I have to come out of the app to read reviews. My cart doesn't update to the selections that i made on the app, and my wishlist isn't the same. I like exclusive deals that are only available on the app. It's easy to navigate. I get prompts to get the app, even though i have it.

The website itself is already shotty. so So I was thinking that the app was going to be better. NOPE. The app literally just erased my entire cart after promoting 20% off TO USE THE APP! I would suggest, fix the glitches ASAP, idk how many people have the patience to redo a $1k+ cart...
