Ratings and reviews

The app is absolute trash. I tried three different payment methods to place a pickup order, and none of them went through. I even saw another recent review describing the exact same issue, so apparently this is a problem on Skechers’ end. What makes it even more frustrating is that all the deals are online-only, but I can’t even purchase the shoes with the advertised deals. When I tried to buy them in person, I was told the specific shoe I wanted was only available online and wasn’t in stock at

app is worthless. can't load any payment information in my account, constantly tells me there is a problem with my card. I tried to add both of my bank cards and 3 different credit cards! When I finally got a order placed, the app never told me the order was ready for pickup! I had to call the store and ask if they got order and they said it had been ready for days! When I mentioned difficulties with app, they responded with "its been broken forever." Really? Do better sketchers.

So frustrating that you should be able to put in your ZIP code choose the store and see which inventory is available. I choose my store and there is no toggle button, there is no choice from the left menu. I tried three different stores in my area. If this would truly working then when I got to the checkout it would give me the option to pick up in the store or that option would already be set based on store. There is no pickup option on search page or on checkout.
