app is worthless. can't load any payment information in my account, constantly tells me there is a problem with my card. I tried to add both of my bank cards and 3 different credit cards! When I finally got a order placed, the app never told me the order was ready for pickup! I had to call the store and ask if they got order and they said it had been ready for days! When I mentioned difficulties with app, they responded with "its been broken forever." Really? Do better sketchers.

App has problems. It won't let me track an order or look at the order details. It just brings up a screen saying "oops something went wrong". No truer words have been spoken. What went wrong was this app. 😕 And stop using my reward points to enter sweepstakes. I have not authorized this yet It constantly takes my points by the hundreds.

On more than one occasion I've seen a Skechers ad on TV or in a magazine advertising the newest styles. However, when I enter the style in the app it does not show them, it will go to a similar style but not the one I want to buy. I live several miles from a Skechers store so the app is my "go to" if I see a style I want to purchase.
