I have 2 power accounts and while I could previously select either property now it simply will not open the second one. Very frustrating and very poor customer service. When I was on Mercury Energy they did a much better job. So, I may have to consider changing back. The other issue I have, as I am a low user of Internet I don't require a lot of data. I have looked at Contact Broadband, however they don't offer anything but unlimited. I get great service from Spark with 130GB for $60 month.

Lets make paying the power bill even more painful. This app is broken - kept saying my password is incorrect even though I can type the exact same thing onto the website and log in. clicked the eyeball and checked, I'm entering it correctly. Thankfully the option to reset my password is also completely broken on the app so I didn't end up changing it for no reason.
