Very good app. It runs sooo much faster than their extremely slow website lol. It's easy to navigate and I love the super wide selection of products. I have 2 complaints though... biggest thing is that promo codes usually either don't work or don't take as much off as they claim. Also shipping updates are often wrong, and shipping is usually slower than they promise.

Cancles orders for no reason no coupon code works even when cart is eligible for the discount. Customer service leaves you on read. Have to fight just to try to order it's frustrating then it gets cancled for no reason

It was a great shop at first been buying here since February it was easy and convenient but now even if you give them verification of everything Id ,selfie and credit card they still want to be difficult and cancel orders not even 6 hours past saw the email did everything but apparently it has to be in their timing ridicules going back to my local smoke shop for sure
