To use the QFC grocery app, create a QFC digital account and link your Shopper's Card. Don't have one? You can create one during registration to start earning savings, rewards and fuel points.

Ratings and reviews

The app is fun, but not reliable. I like to use it by making my list on the app and then using it as I shop. Sometimes if you add an item to the list, it shows up on the list as "product." So you don't know what was added. Also, a new bug is if you're using the list and checking things off the list then you close the app, the items you check off are back on the list.

Kroger makes it VERY clear that they don't actually want people to be able to use coupons. This app is basically unusable. Scan items and it can't find them, searching for items gives nothing, coupons and items can't be easily sorted by department or % off. OH, and the coupons never want to load when I am checking out and trying to use them, creating more work for store employees who are already manning 6 checkouts because they refuse to have more than 1 checkout line open.

I've been using QFC pickup for probably over 3 years now. It has become so frustrating to use recently. The coupons disappear as soon as I see them. I can't see current ones. I cannot pick a pickup time. There's always an error on something. It always lags and takes forever to load. It's very inconvenient which is why I use it. For the convenience. I will be shopping in store at a competitor with more affordable prices until it's fixed.
