It's over 8 months i completed a campaign and more than 7 months in other campaign but still my payment is pending... i tried to contact their team multiple times, they only respond with " Dear User, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience, while it is taking some time, we have escalated to respective team" But they don't pay at the end.... I have sent so many emails but still it's pending... i don't recommend this app for paid collaboration unless you want to loose money...

So I have been chasing them for payment for almost 70 days now. This is worst app for creators. Please don't plan to join it. They don't pay. You will need to keep chasing them. Even after deliverables were approved, they don't pay. They don't respond nor do they pay. There customer care service is slow and usually same automated response. It has been almost 45 days but I have got my payment. I did only one Collab and never doing anymore every again

I have sent so many emails but still it's pending... i don't recommend this app for paid collaboration unless you want to loose money... but it is best to coupons based collaboration.
