Ratings and reviews

The app does not display well on android. It seems to have an overlay and the menu button is in the corner hidden behind the top row of notification icons. also no option to remember password like it used to.

Getting verified on AltcoinTrader was a long and frustrating process, but after finally reaching Level 3 verification, I still couldn’t withdraw my funds. When I contacted support, they told me I needed to apply to have my account unblocked—yet I never blocked it in the first place! This seems highly suspicious. Depositing and trading are easy, but withdrawing is nearly impossible. Feels like a scam. Avoid this platform!

horrible experience,I sent crypto to this wallet now they don't want me to get verified to withdraw my money because I had sent them proof of address twice in different formats but they refuse to accept it and without verification you can't withdraw so I absolutely hate their platform,if I would have known they will be like this I would have never supported them because I have reason to believe that they are a scam
