So far it's useless for me. I am not even able to sign up. It's showing an error of "select site", but no "site" is listed in the tab. The only option available is "cancel". It would have more convenient if a login option is also given in the website. So in phones where the app works they can use that option, and where it is not working they can try website. Now it looks like the only option for me is to visit hospital again!! High-tech with no use!!!

Usually this issue due to low internet speed ,as its need to load the sites .Kindly download the latest app from play store and check again with good internet connectivity. I am unable to sign up on the app. Even after filling in all the required fields and pressing the sign-up button, it keeps showing the same page repeatedly and doesn’t proceed further. I’ve tried multiple times, including reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists. Please fix this bug at the earliest so new users are able to register smoothly. The concept of the app seems useful, but the current signup issue is very frustrating and blocks access completely.

This app has too many bugs, vulnerabilities, and poor performance for a healthcare system. The security issues are serious, and patient data could be at risk if not patched quickly. The server is extremely slow, and both nurses and doctors struggle to load information on time. During emergencies, this delay can directly affect patient safety. Please resolve the security, server, and performance issues as soon as possible.
