I'm really disappointed with your services. each time I transact I have to contact customer support for not being credited, the worst that happened to me today was that I sold MTN of 10,000 and I wasn't credited but the airtime was deducted, I was asked to screenshot the SMS for the deduction which I did, after back and forth with the customer service I was told that I did the transaction on another App which was a blatant pure lie and they know that they're lying. anyways it's all good but if

I gave a bad review of this app because I was using it the first time, and the wasting of time made me thought it was fake.. For all, if you send airtime and you not yet credited just speak to the customer care to fasten it up. The send time took up to 2hrs but when I spoke to the customer care, the money landed. Thier so friendly and nice speaking with. Thank you

Am unimpressed with this app. Each time I try to log in after a period of absence, it tells me my password is not correct. I have clicked on 'forgort password' several times. It takes me nowhere. Always comes up with some error message about the Internet. Sick of this. What is wrong with this app?
