Ratings and reviews

The back button doesn't work at "*Grant Location*". if not enabled the app should close. don't want to open the app then but may come back later. The home button is the only way to exit. the developer doesn't see the rating ? normally they do, but not this team, I think. I don't have any other complaints. the branch does the needful very promptly. money transfer also is very good. for this I should give 5 stars.

The app isnt working for me. It closes/ goes to the background after the first screen. This is the 3rd time I’m facing this issue in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, and the app stopped working! Paswrd changing thrgh netbanking didnt work because ATM is mandatory- i had already cancelled ATM due to excessive charges. cannot rely on the app during emergencies. It has been a pathetic experience so far. Note: Clearing cache didnt help! Also my phone has enough storage left.

it's so good especially when you live abroad and to manage your banking online. it's powerfull and really secure. it's a bit hard for old people's to use due to the design. it's bit complicated to dig in and also have to consider visual appearance. too small to read. so the developers have to concentrate to design with bit more big icons and try to simplify the home to navigate through sessions. other than that never had any issues.. keep going folks.
