I'm unable to open the app. When clicking on it after loading for some time, it says request timed out. Please try again. I reinstalled the app. Same issue. Very disappointing. Update: I tried the mentioned steps. Still same issue. At first, it asks for location access. Even after granting that, the dialogue box never goes. Really time consuming and disappointin

The inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted. Try to clear the app data and cache. Also, please make sure that the device is connected to the internet. If nothing works, please share the registered mobile number, device details and service provider details at customercare@sib.co.

I've been using this App for quite sometime now, and whenever there is an issue with the app it's rectified soon. But recently after the last update I'm unable to login to the account through the app. The pop up message says "Unable to process the request, Please try again." I have sent an email to customer care and they have asked me to change some settings on the phone, but still it doesn't work. The SIB IT team should look into this matter and try to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Update-- I tried applying for the OneCard credit card but the app earlier said I am not eligible. Now it says the feature will be available soon. I had sent multiple mails to support but the issue is not resolved. ------ All in one banking app. It's totaly refreshing. Please remove the Mutual fund section from app. It's very buggy, fix it and add later. The UPI module also needs revamp now. But good job with the refreshed look of the app!

The inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted. Please be informed that SIB currently do not have tie-up with Onecard for providing Credit cards. SBI co-branded credits cards are now provided to customerson pre-approved basis. Kindly share with us screenshot of other errors faced to customercare@sib.co.in so that we may assist you better.
