The app is good and has a nice interface but I've been having one problem and just want to bring it to your notice I can't save beneficiaries and its a problem People I do daily transactions with, I always have to input their account numbers everyday to be able to transfer to them which is not ideal The internet banking platform has the same problem as well. When I save the beneficiary it says it's successful but I don't see it.

The App is good. far better than the previous version. great UI. straightforward. easy to navigate. The only problem is, it keeps logging you out in the middle of a transaction or while surfing the App. I'd advise the option of profile update (phone number, email address) should be included without visiting a physical branch.

The app should have the option of generating receipts in jpg format. A lot of transactions happen on instagram and Facebook, for example, where you can't send pdfs. You then have to go through the hassle of saving the pdf, opening the pdf, and doing a screenshot before sending it on instagram. That can be easily solved if the option to generate receipts in jpg is available
