its so horrible, that you can't access your account . in this time and age. Nothing seem to work in this country call Nigeria. i should be able to access my balance online, but here its so hard the app does not have all the features you need. the phone lines are not working. to open an online banking is like going into the lion's den. No alert on any transaction, no one to pick the phone so you'll know the money went through. this is terrible. can't rate, cos there's nothing to rate about.

Access Bank has the most useless mobile app I've ever used. Even to login to the app is an issue, it'll always say "an error has occured, please try again later". You'll have to keep trying and trying up to 20 times to login. I have to keep backup accounts in other banks like opay because I know how many times I've been stranded while trying to make a payment simply because this mobile app chose not to work. Sometimes it'll open and tell me I have no account with the bank whereas I have 3 acunts

morning access team, I have noticed recently that this app is having issues, I can't transact with it because whenever I make a transfer, it will display 'error, report issue' and this is frustrating. Due to these persistent issues I have made transfers that appeared not to be successful but later discovered it was successful and this is not good as you would not make you keep track of your money or it might even make one to repeat transactions thinking they were not successful. you may sort it.
