so I tried the 3 free conversions and it worked really well and converted with no problem, so I signed up and paid, because I really want to listen to some documents and the voices are great usually I just paste the texts, apparently, it was just a bait, because now, that i have a standard subscription, the app can't covert my files anymore. I really want to give this app a chance because it sounded great, but now that I paid for it, it won't work, I'll ask my bank for a refund.

It's a cool concept, but it's really expensive. Especially considering I suspect there will be a lot more apps like it soon. A major flaw with it right now is when I upload a file, if a chapter is too long, it will only load the audio for the last part of it. Saying part 3 of 3 without actually giving you access to the first two parts. But this is a relatively new app, I'm excited to see where they will take it. In the meantime, I will still use my old setup and keep an eye on this one.

Expensive and, As a frequent user of your application for listening to Arabic books in PDF and EPUB formats, I would like to share an important observation regarding the Arabic language. As you may know, Arabic relies heavily on diacritics (such as ḍamma, fatḥa, kasra, shadda, etc.) to convey accurate meanings. Unfortunately, I have noticed that some applications overlook the importance of these diacritics during text-to-speech rendering. This often results in changing the intended meaning.
