Can't even login. Login disabled because there's a newer version but when I tap upgrade, there's no newer version to update in the Play Store! Just the "UNINSTALL" and "OPEN" button shown. Had to uninstall and reinstall for it to work again. Ridiculous!

Ever since the app is being updated/upgraded, I can no longer logging in to app and I can't make payment via jompay via website as well.. Went to the branch bank and spoken to customer service and is still unable to resolve the issue! Please rectify the issue or revert back the old version of the app! Thank you.

Worst banking app. I'm using a Samsung Note 10 lite and the app forced me to upgrade when i needed to do an urgent transaction. So i upgraded then it tells me to unbind my phone and key in my details, which i duly carried out. After that, i had to login but it refuses to let me in! It says that i've keyed in the wrong username and password. Am i blind or something because i keyed it in corectly! Alliance Bank, this is one way to lose your customers and trust. Seriously, fire you app developer!!!
