To begin using the CO-OP Taxi application today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone #)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation SMS you receive)
• Login to the app
• Enter your pick-up address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)

On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pick-up location.

The CO-OP Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30
days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.

You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

You need to fix ur app. I key in my full address 8315 etc. then it changes my house number to 8305 so I notice it and correct it before I submitted the request for a taxi and it changed it back unchanged it 3 times. That is quite a ways away from me. Then on the way home from the location I got dropped off at before again it didnt send the cab to the right location even though I entered it correctly I copied it right off the locations website. App is broken! Samsung S23+ is my device.

Convenient & Easy to use. Once ride is scheduled any changes are easily accommodated by a phone call to Dispatch. Rates are preset so you know exactly what you pay - check mark !!

Quick and easy, just enter your location and other information, you can even save your work and home addresses. Your card isn't even charged until the trip is complete so don't worry about the hassle if you have to cancel or change your trip. Very convenient.
