Ordered 3 items and received 1 qty, that too a completely different product. Worst experience ever. I did called the support and even mailed them and response was quite disappointing. They said I will not get a refund. I ordered 3 products for 1800 and got one entirely different product of 799. Now they will not give a refund for this. It's a total scam.

worst shopping experience ordered product due to some issues tried to cancel the order which is not happening later on called customer support and raised complaint no proper response it's been the 7th day every time I call I get a response wait for 24 hrs my order is pre-paid order amount is also stuck no response even to mail holding my money i won't get any extra to keeping it there never going to shop in app again don't reply to this comment through your ai prompt if possible slove the issue

This was my first time ordering from the Max app, and it was a terrible experience. I lost money, wasted my time, and most of all, I'm mentally disturbed by the repeated pickup calls and the OTP I've been given. This is my first and last order from this app. I've shopped online from many platforms, but I've never had a similar experience. I hope you'll resolve my problem as soon as possible. And lastly, your service is much worse than any other platform. Thanku
