Tracking page itself is not displaying in the app. If used website on chrome, tracking page is displaying, but it is not displaying where is the package when it will be delivered etc. Horrible experience after placing order. Should partner with ShipRocket instead of cheap ShipDelight.

very very bad in delivering the product. the order was supposed to be delivered in 6-7 days, but in spite of these many days, they told me that they will take more 3-5 days. wow that's amazing... and also while tracking an order via app, it shows an error.

Horrible customer service. Don't buy anything from this stupid app. They have the worst customer service. My rating is actually zero stars! I contacted the customer care multiple times through Email and the helpline number. But no use. They will say the same old sentence, "It will be rectified within 3-5 days". But now it's been 60 days!
