Account management is quick and easy. Balances can be viewed at a glance, and there are quick buttons to make a transfer. Message support is helpful and responds within 2 days. One notable problem is that Zelle is integrated into the app as a payment service. I have no interest in risking my money with Zelle and would never use it, especially not when built into the app. An option to modify the quick buttons and hide unwanted features would bring my review up to 5 stars.

I normally don't leave reviews, but it is very frustrating having your bank "upgrade" to a new app that you can't log into and view your accounts. I spoke to support and they corrected the issue to let me in. Two days later, I'm getting access declined for no reason. I shouldn't have to spend a Saturday morning talking to support to be able to see my account.

Terrible. Get it together, Tyndall. Nothing seems to work on this app and it refuses to remember biometric input. The app does nothing for me. I appreciate the response. Not only am I still unable to reliably log into it, even last night I had issues logging into the APP and online banking. I had to call the phone Genie just to check my balance. It took about 20 minutes to do this. Incredible.
