Instant Onboarding
The goal is to simplify the investment process for new users, making it easy to create and access various investment opportunities, using the required minimal information.

User Profile Upgrade
Existing users with a Basic account (created with minimal information) can upgrade to a Premium account by simply uploading specific KYC documents on the app at their convenience. This enables them to unlock and enjoy larger investment opportunities and limitless transactions.

New Dashboard
The dashboard has been redesigned to be more visually appealing and user-friendly. Quick Access buttons, recommended for you products, Insights, and the total portfolio breakdown of your ARM investments have been included to enhance the user’s experience.

Ratings and reviews

Edit: After the most recent update, the app no longer logs out while in use, and the KYC UI improved. However, the verification process is the slowest I have seen (I am still not verified, so I cannot invest). Biometric sign-in (fingerprint) still does not work. Apparently, my account, which was supposed to be created via the ArmOne app, did not even exist in their system. The app obviously needs quite some more work. I will update my rating if it ever gets better.

I don't understand. Downloaded the app, registered and submitted all the requirements. My nin verification has been in review for days. Call Customer Service Center and was told they couldn't find my email. Wrong them email and got the same answer that my details are not in their system.

Your recent update messed up this beautiful, it was asking i verify an account that was opened and verified by you organization, i still went ahead and provided all the necessary information and documents as I am prompted to. Now my account has been under verification close to 2 months, and I can't make new investments in a different product.
