Unable to access app since last update 27 July. Get a error message (SAE-R35P-1370) as soon as I click "existing customer sign in" withough even getting chance to enter email/password. Have emailed support twice with no response even after a response to second one saying they would get back to me in 24 hours. Not impressed at all. Clearly content to lose customers. Thanks for response. That worked but not happy having Chrome as default browser as it causes problems with other apps.

So scan everytime you shop to accumulate reward points. I had a notification the points would expire, and I needed to convert them, but how? Couldn't find anywhere in the app to convert! You'd have thought the message saying points expiring would give the option, but no. So now expired and lost, luckily was only 50p but means I won't use Asda if they make it that difficult!

App is easy and simple to use. Discounts and offers/milestones aren't as good as when it first launched. (used to get £5 milestones), but still rewarding. Only issue I have is the consistency with the scan and play promos, on more then one occasion I have scanned (and made sure it's shown up on the self checkouts), payed and left, for the promo pop up not to show and offer a prize which is frustrating.
