It's ok, but needs improvements. I've successfully placed an order for pickup and picked it up as well as used Express pay. with express pay, I had to enter my payment information multiple times, even though I said to save it. coupons NEED to be EXPLICITLY clear in their terms (min. $ spent required, not just ANY which is false). I need to be able to see if I qualified for the 50 cents off gas reward and when it will expire. it shows nowhere. There are positives, but needs LOTS of improvements.

slowest app ever UPDATE, the app is still slow even though I've reinstalled it several times. The app is terrible because you have to add coupons one at a time and you just can't clip all. UPDATE APR 2026: Every time I open this app, I'm reminded of how horrible it is and don't understand why BJ's allows it. If you search 14k, you get 10k, sterling silver, and everything else you can imagine. Not being able to clip all coupons is totally unacceptable.

Checking in for pick-up is impossible. we place our order, show up and open the app to check in but it says we have no order. even after getting all the notifications that it had been placed and is ready. My app does this and so does my hubby's. There is no phone number to call so you are stuck catching someone outside and telling them or if no one is out there, going inside. absolutely defeats the purpose of convenience.
