Still very happy with the app, but again, the app needs to have multiple selections for deli cuts, such as thin cut, standard cut and thick cut. A drop down menu would be best. Also, the pick and pack chips selection has increased but still doesn't offer all of the options available for mix and match. Need to, once again, create a drop down menu for this so people can make their own selections rather than pick from the selections you have already made.

I used to love this app, but now I can only access on my cell phone. I always used my wi-fi mini pad, but now app won't connect without a phone numbered device. Please fix this. My wi-fi mini pad works fine, I'm typing this review on it right now. Guess BJ's now wants to collect phone data, and my wi-fi mini pad is just a wifi connection device, it blocks data collection. Im going back to COSTCO to shop. Bye BJ's.

It's good for finding coupons, but I was most excited about the feature that let me scan as I shop, pay in-app, and head for the exit. Turns out that when you use that feature, the exit attendant has to scan every item in your cart! So in the end it saves no time *and* annoys everyone behind you in the exit line. Makes no sense. Why treat it any differently than when I use the self-checkout lane? I can't figure it out. EDIT: Judging by their reply, they didn't read this review 😂
