It's ok, but needs improvements. I've successfully placed an order for pickup and picked it up as well as used Express pay. with express pay, I had to enter my payment information multiple times, even though I said to save it. coupons NEED to be EXPLICITLY clear in their terms (min. $ spent required, not just ANY which is false). I need to be able to see if I qualified for the 50 cents off gas reward and when it will expire. it shows nowhere. There are positives, but needs LOTS of improvements.

Updating 03/04/2026 Developer please fix the app over a month that I can not use it it's extremely slow to respond, to the point I have been using the scanner at the register. It takes for ever for the app to respond once the UPC is scanned. Logged in BJs Wi-Fi, using Motorola G2026, I don't have similar issues with other apps. even when using BJs wifi. thank you.

The app is typically okay. However the latest update causes crashes when adding any item to cart. Clearing cache, un/reinstall does not resolve. Weird thing is that the item will be in the cart after relaunch. Definitely makes ordering online tedious. Not sure what is used for code validation, but come on guys, adding items to cart is a CORE function. From one enterprise level mobile app dev leader to another, don't skip or rush your post imp validation!!!
