Ratings and reviews

The app works initially, But I struggle to create an account or login because it keeps quitting and showing a message that says my device doesn't meet the minimum security requirements. All other banking and secure apps works perfectly on my phone and the software is up to date with no tampering. It's basically the only app that refuses to work with alleged security reasons!! I know my phone has an old Android version (13) but it has the latest security updates as of this date.

At login, it asks to add as trusted devices. The process takes significantly long time to say, "Ops something wrong has happened." No option or information available to contact customer service.

very bad experience with the app it is not even opening it always say update in progress even after visiting there branch the staff wasn't seems to be helpful. and was told customers need a permission to open an account What is this.
