I tried to make an international transfer using the Ameria Bank app, but the option to select a debit account doesn’t appear, even though I already have an active USD currency account. Please fix this issue so international transfers can be completed smoothly.

Very disappointed because the in-app messaging customer support does not respond to my urgent inquiry while I am abroad and the only way to contact the bank available for me is the app.

I had problems registering an account at first for a long time, maybe because I was trying to do it from abroad. But after my negative reviews and complains the bank employees called me all the way to China and helped me register. The app works fine without any problem. I just wonder if it is safe enough. Before we used to have that token thing and it felt safer.

Dear Garush, we are pleased to hear that the registration process was successfully completed. From a security perspective, the system ensures the same level of protection as physical tokens, as access is permitted only through secure authentication credentials.
