Pay and Pair:

Select the Pair and Pay icon on the main screen
Hail your Beck on the street
Select the Pay and Pair icon in the app
Enter the driver number
Sit back and enjoy your ride!

Collect and Deliver:
Select the Delivery icon on your app
Use Google Pay or simply Add your credit card to pay via the app
Send a parcel to anywhere in the city
Select the Delivery icon on the main screen
Enter the pickup and destination for your parcel, an optional reference number and name to send your parcel now or on a scheduled date.

Great app except 1. estimate of time not accurate. seems to be 1 minute all the time. but the cabs do come quickly 2. I find to adjust where you are to be accurate is very difficult. I try and usually give up and call the driver.

Update Sept 7/25. Accuracy on the app is horrible. The location of the taxi comng to pick me up is always wrong. Many times cab drivers call me because they are out front, but the app still shows the driver as 3 blocks away! Very frustrating! Not a great app. No matter how far away, the app always says the driver is "1 minute away".

The app is okay. As for the cab and the drivers its hit or miss. I have had really rude and scammy drivers that would intentionally drive off the suggested route to run the meter because the price you see on the app is only an "estimate" and the drivers will start the meter once you start the trip. After the trip ends they will enter the price on the meter into the app and that is the actual price you have to pay. Also the cabs are always dirty and drivers smelly. Will never use again.
