After logging in, I've been unable to verify my identity for over two years because the identity verification page often comes out blank regardless of the device I use. This is very frustrating because it kept my money tied down without being able to trade. Please fix this!

But still some terminologies are not understandable by common men who are new to this platform. just a feedback-So,Binance can help to educate people in a more friendly and interactive way.
