Absolute hellish. Asked to collect from cell carrier. Soooo many different apps with the same title. I have no idea if it is the right app. It didnt show my cam in any of the products. Then comes the hookup. Unable to find any of my products. Which password do I use? My account or the code that came with the product.

Very clear day-display. Can't be used as a security camera becuz: it only alerts when viewing livefeed/playback. Can't be used as surveillance camera becuz: when you try to access playback/alarm events, the app USUALLY! stops and displays 'BlueCam app has stopped', 'Open app again', 'Send feedback'. Does not give thumbnail pics of alarm events, so reviewing playback is long and tedious. After update: blue speaker icon on top of viewing screen, can't see what's behind it. Can't delete it??😩

This camera has been working great. It has clear picture and great sound. However since the last update I can no longer access my saved files. It just keeps saying it's retrieving the files. I use this to help assist with me watching my special needs child and if I can't go back to see what he was doing then it doesn't serve me any purpose
