because of Netherlands phone number not accept to register, please suggestion me how to register my email adres and my Netherlands phone,there is no option to put it.

Loan Application is error, and the worse is the Customer Service who keeps asking different documents and even after that the ticket is closed without confirmation, while the problem persists. Then when I reported back because the problem is still there, they don't look into problem (which is obvious is data problem from the error message), but instead keep asking me to try (which I did multiple times, hence I reported). The worst customer service I've ever encountered, and probably the app too.

Very disappointing. I always paid the loan on time, but I'm still blocked and the said my credit score is too low. Also neo worlds now sucks👎 I used to open deposit weekly got 5000 points reward but now got nothing. And I have enough points to exchange to 5K but they said quota is unavailable. The only reason I'm still using this because of the shortest term deposit (a week), or else I've uninstall it long time ago.
