I used to have no issues with the app until recently. I even recommended this app to others too. But now, when I log into the app, my account list is not shown at all. I tried several times but no change at all. It's pathetic that BOC being one of the leading banks in the country, not having a good IT team to handle this kind of a basic app. I didn't see any updates for a while either. When the app stopped working I thought there might be an update available but in reality there is none.

The app loads very slowly every time. I tried for a long time but could not manage the account list details. Technically, it is a very weak app. I installed the smart passbook app to minimise the time spent going to the bank to update the passbook. But it is much easier to go to the bank and update the bank book. Patience should be very high if using this app.

The app doesn't show account list after logged in with the PIN, and there is not even a refresh button. Therefore I had to log in and log out several times (more than 10) but now it's showing outdated account information. The UI and the UX is also very bad. Please invest some money into making the app UX better. For a bank like yours, it's not a big problem. Utterly disappointed.
