Ratings and reviews

The app is not user-friendly. I have uploaded all my documents and it’s been more than a week, but my profile is still not verified. There is no clear timeline for approval, and the app does not provide a proper help or support option to contact Careem regarding the issue. Please improve the verification process and add an accessible help feature.

I'm using this app seems 5 days and and some times we are getting order and some times only 1 2 even some time zero. I wanna say that those captain who used Fakes gps location to get too much order they need to stop because we all are here to earn

very every scammed company for rider also for customer they stole money digital way like they not give rider proper rout earning first they deduct earning after they saying Rais dispute and then nothing resolve if customer place order in a minute he want cancel they don't refund they ask restaurant preparing order how restaurant prepare less then 1 minut if rider cancel order in emergency even due to accident they give penalty how rider complete order during accident situation 🙄
