Truly the worst service I have ever experienced. It took them 12 days to open my account, and that too after 10 days of continuous follow-ups. Now it’s been 20 days since I deposited the initial balance, but it still hasn’t been credited to my account. On top of that, I keep getting random emails showing my permanent address changed automatically. Despite sending multiple emails to customer care, there has been absolutely no response. Pathetic service!

Appreciate the fixtures, but the app still has tons of functionality issues. Disconnects every ~5minutes disconnects in background, doesn't login if destroyed, Gives wrong error messages about internet connection. And the list continues... P.s. still hopeful that it will get better. A feature request: An extended order book showing top 50 orders: currently it shows only the top ten.

multiple issues that need to be resolved. 1. During log in, it usually shuts down.. you have to attempt 5-6 attempts after that it starts 2. the research portal shows no internet connection even with a strong wifi and shuts down. 3. Right now, we don't have the option to withdraw or deposit money in the account ourselves. we have to transfer the amount, show it to the trader who then gets the amount withdrawn or deposited and this whole procedure takes 4-6 hours which is huge opportunity cost.
