App logs you out EVERY time you close it, extremely irritating especially with active bookings, or when attempting to bring new clients on board. Edit: Already performed actions as suggested by developer, but this still hasn't fixed the issue. Having the same issue, regardless of device, included one which was factory reset and only had this app installed.

This is a great app for getting people who have been verified via identity and bank as well as address. It offers a bit of insurance for both parties. The sitter and the clients. Arrange a meet and greet beforehand to see if both sides are happy. Book via their profile on the app, arrange a date and anything else. That's it. you can set out how far away you want to travel if a sitter. Ive always had peace of mind when booked via the site.

As a sitter, the App needs some serious improvement! It doesn't open the booking right away, I have to click it few times or reopen the app before I can upload a picture of the sitting. And I wouldn't keep the automatic message when you upload the picture, I would rather write a message myself rather than keep "I've sent a picture of your fur baby" everytime I feed the same cat...
