I like the company and have always had good experiences with my purchases, and no problems with returns either, but this app is close to useless. The search function only works about once in every 7 or 8 attempts, the rest of the time it'll number results, but when you try to filter them, it just goes blank. Back to the browser...

The app's homepage is just a big red blank, with only the Home / Favourites / Basket etc buttons present (& working fine) at the bottom of the screen. It's been like this for many weeks now. Uninstall / reinstall have not fixed it. Using a Galaxy A17 5G running Android 16, so a really widespread phone. App works just fine on all my other Android devices. Pretty frustrating.

been with cex for ages as I'm a daily buyer but really disappointed on how they treated the customers the other day and me. tried selling a Xbox and they wouldn't allow it as the cable was too short but it still worked. then tried ripping me off by saying my controller is 5 pound when I brought it for 110 as it was a custom controller. really disappointed and won't be going again.
