App shows tickets in account manager but, unable to move tickets to Google wallet. Spoke to rep at guest services that confirmed tickets in account but, could not assist in moving to Google wallet. She assured me I will be able to enter stadium on Sunday since tickets are in account. This is not very good and despite Android or whatever the issue is, this needs to be resolved. I do not plan on going to Chargers or SoFi stadium after this event.

very disappointed on the fluidity of this app. there are many glitches that have caused me heartache and frustration. I have made comments to guest services at the Chargers and was informed that the platform is managed by or follows ticket masters. For a company as large as ticket masters I would expect better. Guest Services and account managers of my season ticket account have always done their best to rectify my issues.

Its slow and when I want to go to the pro shop it won't allow for me to make purchases, and I get a notification saying based on location. Even though im in NorCal.
