About this app

You may be one of millions of people in the US dealing with a chronic condition. Journal My Health wants to help you be able to better capture and find patterns with your symptoms through your daily living, treatments, and environmental factors through the data you generate everyday.

Easily enter your mood, stress, sleep, medications and symptoms into a day. Need more information about that day? Use the notes section to remember your doctor’s appointments, tests, or more information about how you were feeling that day. Get reminders for your scheduled medications and treatments. Journal My Health is also designed to interact with Fitbit® data and weather data to give you a better picture of other factors which could affect your symptoms and health.

All of this information is put into charts, allowing you to visualize how these factors can be impacting your progress. You can also send this information to any of your healthcare team! Take control of your data and your health with Journal My Health.

I loved this app - it helped me track my symptoms for doctors visits and document flare ups. I wish there was a "remember me" option so I didn't have to log in every time. And my treatments multiply every few days. After the update, each treatment was listed 4 times each and now it's almost 10 times each. I still think the app is useful, just need to clean up a few things to get it back to being user friendly

I have SLE, diabetes-2, Sjogren's and more. It helps me in my daily management but I do wish it had a daily food diary by default. Also, once you put in all your meds, and dosages, and dosage times you should be able to just go down the list and check the meds off as you take them. Also could you please add a place to record your weight and glucose readings daily? I'd gladly give it 5 stars then.

Enjoyed the app since it's simple and allows me add customized symptoms. Lost my persistent login for some reason (annoying) and now password reset not working. Support team responded but didn't resolve what should be a very simple issue. As a result, I no longer have access to my data. Will be looking at other apps. Disappointed.
