Unusable. Keeps claiming that I have root access / jailbroken (when I do not, and just in case I was wrong, I double checked) and have screen sharing software active after I used a screen record app (baked into my Samsung phone) ONCE, and then switched it off. Basically, if there isn't any change for the next few months, I will switch to another bank because phone functionality is nolonger optional.

Unusable. Keeps claiming that I have root access / jailbroken (when I do not, and just in case I was wrong, I double checked). I installed a screen recording software app (USB Camera Pro). after I used it , error message popped up. Called hotline and they told me it wasn't their issue, it was phone manufacturer issue??? Developers please fix it asap thank you. edit: contacted via email TWICE but I have yet to get a response since 5 months ago. I have been following up with emails!

The latest update is awful - they replaced the support option (chatting with human) to a chatbot that doesn't answer your questions. Info on the website is out of date - like where to find your membership info. The app was decent for a while, but now it's a frustrating mess to use, with zero app support (if you want answers you have to call a hotline and wait for ages).
