Probably among the worst bank app. Loading is painfully slow at times and often the design is not optimised for different screen sizes. The concierge service is a joke with its super slow loading and lousy UI design. Error messages are a norm. Fail to load... fail to process payment... no available at one moment and then available at the next turn. No easy way to contact customer service via the app. Chatbot is useless.

Please add back the ability for me to perform screenshots! There are so many scams theae days, I need the ability to check with my supp card holders if a transaction was made by them and not an unauthorized transaction. To do so, I need to take a screen shot so I can ask them to verify.

I have been using the App since Day 1 ,trouble putting back the mobile App & login lately after being removed . Luckily with a few conversations to the customer service officers. My App is revitalised . I love to send my appreciation to all officers who help and assist to put the App into active mode again . Thanks for your kind assistance and patience 🙏
