As a user, I always dread having to use this. While available functionality speeds up claims, the user-interface doesn't necessarily provide the outcome one would expect. Auto-checking of expenses can cause a claim is returned without being clear why. Most frequently the app hangs or gets stuck in an authentication-failure loop, requiring force-close, cache/storage clear, or reinstall. Once you understand how it works and use it regularly, as long as you aren't impacted by bugs it can be good.

Just blank. Loads with no options. Just says "All Done" and it has done nothing. Meanwhile, the clock ticks away as the deadline to get reimbursed approaches and somehow it becomes my fault the app is broken. Previous versions of the app had problems connecting and loading reciepts. Seems like more of the same runaround to me. I get a feeling they dont like to pay out but love getting the contract extended. 2 step verification seems like a solution without a problem. K.I.S.S.

STOP "IMPROVING" THE APP!! I now have to enter my KTN when booking trips EVERY TIME, or it doesn't pass through. Expense reports are more odious, as the Expense It feature won't line up to imported transactions anymore, nor will it allow me to combine the Expense It entry with the imported card transaction. I have to delete the Expense It one, re-upload the receipt, and then fill it out like usual. You are improving your app to death! Our finance dept is now warning us of problems we'll face.
