Ratings and reviews

Very bad app and watch both. I don't want notifications, i don't want that silly icon in the status bar at top constantly that adds no value, and the app doesn't let me proceed unless i grant notifications permission. There's no way to set regular monitoring of SPO2, heartrate monitoring maximum is 5 mins frequency which quite low. No way to customize screens on the watch. Bad app, bad watch.

It is the worst app I have ever seen. Yesterday I purchased Storm call 3 plus watch and trying for several hours to connect it but it didn't connected. I have tried many ways but the app is not functioning well. By trying every possible way I am unable to connect my watch, suggesting company to update the app or to change the service provider for better customer service.

Not a efficient APP, this app has only 1 or 2 functions. Basic functions are not available. Always on display is always on, no option to scehdule is available. Always on dipslay override the raise to wake function. The raise to wake automatically goes power saving at night, no option to adjust that timings. No option to adjust the call notification volume, even if the phone is in silent mode- the watch still rings. No option to adjust volume or mute or vibration sertings.
